These terms govern the use of InfraHub for municipalities, engineering firms, and infrastructure operators. They apply to the planning of public projects, the maintenance of technical facilities, and the digital documentation of maintenance measures.
InfraHub provides tools for map-based project overviews and the digital storage of planning documents. The platform does not replace official approval procedures or legally required inspections. Responsibility for the technical accuracy of the data entered lies with the respective user organization.
Users undertake to enter only current and correct information about projects, lines, and facilities. Access credentials must be treated as confidential. Changes to existing data must be documented in a traceable manner to ensure traceability for subsequent planning and tendering processes.
InfraHub assumes no liability for decisions made based on platform data. Particularly for civil engineering projects, bridge inspections, and line documentation, technical review by qualified personnel remains essential. The platform is a management tool, not a substitute for engineering services.
Access to project data is role-based. Municipalities, engineering firms, and operators receive only the rights necessary for their tasks. The platform operators take appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized access. Liability for damages caused by force majeure or third-party attacks is excluded.
Use may be terminated by either party with one month's notice to the end of the month. Upon termination, stored project data will be exported upon request and subsequently deleted. Statutory retention obligations for individual documents remain unaffected.
Changes will be communicated to users at least four weeks before they take effect. If a user does not object within this period, the new terms are deemed accepted. In the event of an objection, use ends when the changes take effect.
