The basic installation including training for the specialist department usually takes four to six weeks. The duration depends on how much existing data needs to be digitized and migrated. For smaller municipalities, we offer a phased onboarding process.

Can engineering firms access project data externally?

Yes, role-based access allows external planning offices to be granted access to individual projects. They only see the approved maps and documents, not the entire administrative structure. Changes are logged with a timestamp.

How are maintenance intervals for technical systems represented?

Recurring inspections with fixed intervals can be stored for each asset object. The system automatically reminds you of upcoming appointments and documents the measures carried out without gaps. This keeps inspection obligations traceable.

Is the platform suitable for use on mobile devices?

The map view and document management also work on tablets and smartphones. Field staff can record damage directly on site with photo and location. Synchronization takes place automatically as soon as a connection is available again.
