This page explains what data is collected when using the InfraHub platform, how it is processed, and what rights you as a user in Austria can assert.
The operator of the InfraHub application is responsible for data processing on this platform and can be reached at Ben-Bischof-Weg 8, 3040 Baden, phone 0677 5608283, email info@saintjustchaleyssin.com. For inquiries regarding data protection, access, correction, or deletion of your data, please contact this address. We typically process requests within 14 days.
When visiting the website, technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages accessed are processed to ensure the stability and security of the platform. If you send an inquiry via the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message solely to handle your request. In the context of project planning, additional information about municipal projects, locations, and technical facilities may be stored if you provide it.
The platform uses technically necessary cookies to provide basic functions such as session management. Furthermore, we do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools that track your behavior beyond the session. No data is shared with advertising networks or third parties for marketing purposes. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a functional website).
Your data is only transferred to service providers who support us in operating the platform. This includes hosting providers for server infrastructure as well as providers of email and form services that receive your inquiries. These service providers process data exclusively on our instructions and are contractually obligated to comply with the GDPR. No transfer to third countries outside the EU takes place unless an adequacy decision by the EU Commission or a suitable guarantee contract exists.
Technical log data is automatically deleted or anonymized after no more than 30 days. We store data from contact inquiries for as long as necessary to process your request, but at most 24 months after the correspondence is concluded. Project data that you submit as part of a collaboration is deleted after the contractual relationship ends, unless statutory retention obligations under Austrian law (e.g., Commercial Code, Federal Tax Code) apply.
You have the right to access the data stored about you, to rectify inaccurate data, to erasure, and to restriction of processing. In addition, you have the right to data portability in a machine-readable format. If you have consented to processing, you may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. Complaints can be submitted to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna).
