Digital Utility Cadastre Water, sewage, and power lines are centrally recorded and automatically considered in tenders. This reduces planning errors and speeds up coordination between the municipality and executing companies.

Maintenance Planning with Condition Data Bridges, roads, and public buildings receive digital files with inspection reports and damage documentation. Maintenance intervals can be determined based on actual condition, not just fixed time periods.

Document Archive for Construction Projects Plans, permits, and protocols are stored by project and can be accessed by authorized staff at any time. Versioning ensures that the current planning status is always used.

Resource ManagementRefers to the long-term allocation of personnel and funding resources to planned maintenance measures. Prioritization is based on the documented condition of the facilities, not on political directives.

Coordinate implementation Construction management and external companies receive access to the digital documentation. Progress, approvals, and deviations are continuously recorded in the system.
